Quest Residences at Grove Park is a thoughtfully designed affordable housing community serving seniors aged 55 and older in the historic Grove Park neighborhood of Atlanta. Developed by Quest CDC, the project delivers 40 high-quality residential units within a 43,000-square-foot building that prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and long-term livability.

As the first phase of the $110 million Westside Housing Trifecta, Quest Residences at Grove Park establishes a strong foundation for continued investment and revitalization on Atlanta’s Westside. The community was designed to foster independence, safety, and connection while supporting broader neighborhood growth and stability.

Located in Grove Park, Quest Residences at Grove Park expands access to affordable senior housing in a neighborhood undergoing meaningful revitalization. The project supports aging in place, promotes resident well-being, and reinforces the broader vision of equitable development across Atlanta’s Westside.
