Developed by Quest CDC, the project delivers 40 high-quality residential units within a 43,000-square-foot building that prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and long-term livability.
As the first phase of the $110 million Westside Housing Trifecta, Quest Residences at Grove Park establishes a strong foundation for continued investment and revitalization on Atlanta’s Westside. The community was designed to foster independence, safety, and connection while supporting broader neighborhood growth and stability.
