Dec 21 Russell, Legends Named Program Manager for Philips Arena Renovations
H.J. Russell & Company, in association with Legends Project Development, is Program Manager for the Philips Arena renovations. The $192.5 million-renovation project will improve and transform the facility in a concerted effort to revitalize the arena as a basketball-first, world-class venue that hosts approximately 170 events annually.
As Program Manager, Russell and Legends operates as the owner’s representative managing, in an collaborative manner, the overall design, construction and operational startup for the project. Read more about the Philips’ Arena renovations.
