The 242,520 SF residential project includes 139 one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes designed to support quality, affordable living within a growing urban community.

The four story development is being constructed above a podium parking level with 105 parking spaces and features resident focused amenities including a fitness center, community room, computer room, laundry facilities, and outdoor gathering spaces. The Simpson Apartments is designed to meet NGBS certified sustainability standards, supporting long term energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Throughout construction, H. J. Russell & Company has managed complex project challenges including soil remediation, permitting coordination, restricted site access, and utility revisions. Through proactive planning, schedule recovery strategies, and close coordination with project stakeholders, the team continues advancing the project while minimizing disruptions and maintaining progress toward successful completion.
