The Villages of Castleberry Hill, Phase I is a 24-unit residential community located just blocks from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta’s historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood. Originally built in 1999, the 11-building development spans nearly five acres and provides affordable and market-rate housing within one of the city’s most active urban districts.
H. J. Russell & Company provided construction management services for the redevelopment, helping deliver a renewed multifamily community with improved residential spaces and long-term neighborhood value. The project’s central location offers residents convenient access to the Atlanta University Center, Westside attractions, transit connections, and major sports and entertainment venues.
The redevelopment included 68 RAD units, 36 tax credit units, and 64 market-rate units, supporting a mixed-income housing model that contributes to the continued growth and stability of the Castleberry Hill community.
