Project Varsity – Atlanta, Georgia

Project Varsity’s Level 31 culminates the new tenant build-out of 15 floors for a confidential client’s new regional corporate headquarters and is primarily comprised of their event spaces in downtown Atlanta.

The event space has a large sound/video production studio/meeting room, a mid-sized sound and video production studio/meeting room complete with AV, theatrical lighting, cameras, sound and lighting control. Both event production spaces are flanked by pre-function rooms, green rooms, and editing suites. The remaining spaces on the floor consist of smaller meeting rooms and collaborations spaces, a catering kitchen and support spaces. This is the client’s first event space built on the East Coast.
