This project involved the removal and replacement of four existing Trojan Ultraviolet (UV) fixtures at the RM Clayton ECM-3 facility. The project included all work associated with:

  • Dismantling and hauling off existing equipment
  • Selecting channel demolition and modifications to the existing channels
  • Constructing new channel modifications comprising concrete culverts for UV fixtures
  • Erecting and rigging new Trojan UV fixtures and gates
  • Demolishing electrical components and removing the existing power distribution equipment and gears
  • Installing new electrical power distribution
  • Making electrical modifications to existing switch gear and sensors
  • Making concrete slab modifications
  • Selecting new aluminum channel cover deck plates
