H. J. Russell & Company recently joined Radiant Development Partners and the project team as Kennedy at Riverside Breaks Ground on Hollywood Road NW in Atlanta. As Construction Manager, Russell will lead coordination and on-site execution to deliver the project from preconstruction through completion.
The Kennedy at Riverside is a $24.1 million mixed-income housing development that will deliver 50 new homes along the Hollywood Road NW corridor. Designed to expand access to quality housing, 90% of residences are reserved for households earning between 50% and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).
This development supports a growing need for attainable housing in Atlanta while strengthening the surrounding community. By combining affordability with thoughtful planning, the project creates opportunities for residents to live in a connected and stable environment.
As Construction Manager, H. J. Russell & Company will oversee project coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution. The team’s focus is to ensure the project progresses efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and alignment with the overall development goals.
With experience managing complex residential and mixed-use projects, Russell brings the structure and oversight needed to move from planning into execution without disruption.
With construction now underway, the project will continue advancing toward its projected completion, with move-ins anticipated in Fall 2027. Throughout the process, H. J.
