Before joining Russell, Amy made her mark in senior HR roles at CHEP, Scientific Games, and Intuitive Surgical, among others. During her tenure in these organizations, she spearheaded shared services models, scaled global HR operations, and strengthened talent programs across national and international teams.
With that breadth of experience, Amy is well-positioned to lead Russell’s HR efforts as they expand, streamline, and evolve.
